About me:

I have been admitted to the bar since 8 January 2009 and have more than sixteen years of professional experience in criminal defence, commercial litigation and legal advice to companies and research institutions.

From 2022 to 2024, I worked as a corporate counsel at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics in Garching. There, I dealt extensively with foreign trade compliance – in particular with issues of export control, sanctions law and international technology transfer.

Before and since then, I have been working as an independent solicitor in Munich, focusing on litigation, defence and strategic advice in criminal law, commercial criminal law, foreign trade law and other areas of law. My clients value my analytical strength, strategic approach and technical understanding.

I speak English, French and Russian and regularly represent international and Russian-speaking clients.

Born in Munich and raised in Garching near Munich, I have long felt a close connection to the research institutes there. I deepened my technical understanding during a two-year course of study at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich before devoting myself to my calling, law.

As a descendant of Old Bavarian and Silesian-Prussian ancestors, I am familiar with the ambivalence of German-Russian relations from my own family history.

I completed my studies and legal clerkship at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and in the Munich Higher Regional Court district.
